1. Return and Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange your purchase in the case of incorrect sizing (in new, unworn condition), although returns for change of mind will not be accepted. All exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Shipping for exchange purchases will be at the customers expense. Please email merch@blitzbros.com

2. Cancelation policy

Cancelation is possible if your order has not been shipped. To find out if your order has been shipped, please email merch@blitzbros.com, including the name in which the order was made.

3. Need to change my shipping address

We are able to change your shipping address, as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your address, please email merch@blitzbros.com , including the name in which the order was made.

4. I ordered the wrong size

That should be fine, please refer to our Returns and Exchange policy above.

1. What currency will I be charged in?

All purchases will be processed in Australian dollars. Upon checkout, you will see an estimated price in your local currency according to the exchange rate at the time. This may vary slightly from the estimate given.

1. International customs and VAT?

All customers are responsible for any import duties, customs, taxes or VAT that may be imposed. These fees vary by country and we are unfortunately unable to calculate this in advance.

2. Do you ship internationally 

Yes! Please remember that international shipping may take 2-4 weeks to be delivered. 

3. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout and carries depending on the weight of your purchase.

4. How do I track my order?
